The Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory is a community supported non-profit organization.  We do not receive tax money nor large government grants. The Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory receives essential support through memberships and tax-deductible donations. 
A large portion of our operating funds come from our members.  In addition to the the warm feeling that you've done something good, there are a whole host of benefits to becoming a member.  Click here to find out more.

Another way to support the Nature Center is through the Second Tern.   Profits from this volunteer-run thrift shop all flow to the Nature Center & Observatory.  The Second Tern contributes a large portion of our general operating funds.

Most of the equipment used in the Nature Center & Observatory was donated. Check out our Wish List for things we’re currently looking for help with or give us a call with your ideas!
